The book of talents

The book of talents

For the little funny ones and for the curious children (0 to 8 years). The present for modern parents who enjoy laughing with their child.
The story:
The story of their VERY OWN arrival: the fairies have received word from the doting godparents (who are startled by the blissful love of the parents), they lean over the crib to offer the baby a host of talents for different future careers. Each one matching a letter of the child's own name. Take little Emma Chevalier for example, she will receive the logic of an Electrician, the calmness of a Midwife, the interest of a Museum guide and the persistence of an Archeologist.
Positive role models:
The book was written by Marie Thibaut de Maisières, for her 4 year old daughter. The day my daughter came running over and said: "Quick, quick mummy we have to get this place cleaned up the dwarves are on their way home!”" I knew something had to change, I wanted her to have other role models, and not just the little housework obsessed princess stuck in a cabin in the middle of nowhere! So, I wrote this book and now I hear my daughter proudly tell her friends, "In my book, I show Father Christmas which chimney to put the presents in!"
The books of talents is a tale that will make both children AND parents laugh. "The book of talents" is above all a manifesto for a positive outlook on life. As the hero of the book the child will discover a host of talents required for different professions, from traditional prestigious roles (like a neurosurgeon) to day-to-day more practical ones (like a garbage collector) to the less known ones (like a taxidermist).
